Selma Ünlü is a senior partner with our firm where she provides litigation and dispute resolution consultancy to local and international clients, primarily in the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Product Liability, Advertisement, Media, Commercial and Administrative actions, Information Technologies Law as well as a broad range of regulatory matters including Anti-Corruption and Compliance. She has also been serving as an Accredited Expert before the commercial courts and intellectual property courts.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Ünlü worked at a leading law firm as a lawyer and senior partner specializing in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law. Selma Ünlü is a member of Healthcare Products Association, WIPO Domain Name Dispute Resolution Panel and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
