Our team has been consulted by Authorities in pollution matters, mainly oil pollution events and pollution events due to hazardous substances at sea by the Authorities. We have been involved in structuring several local regulations in this field and have taken an active role in the preparation of Turkish Regional and National Emergency Response Plans in Pollutions.
Our team is also involved in handling major pollution cases that have occurred in Turkish territorial waters, and successfully handled compensation claims, as well as the finance and cleaning aspects of these incidents with the full cooperation of the state organizations involved.
