Our consultancy services primarily include drafting of all types of consumer, service, and sale and purchase contracts, as well as the management of surrounding relations under applicable regulations. Our team has extensive knowledge and experience, particularly with regard to recent Technical Regulations and the Code on Product Safety allowing us to provide consultancy on the most up-to-date legal regulations. We advise clients in variety of sectors on their legal liabilities as well as guarantee and indemnification requirements arising out of defective goods and services, prospectuses and brochures, user and operator manuals, labelling, packaging, and all types of advertisements.
Our clients are primarily manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical and electronic product, industrial and home appliances technology products and we represent them in the resolution of all kinds of disputes and litigation in the field of Product Liability. Furthermore, we also represent our clients before the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts. Additionally, our experienced team provides comprehensive legal advice to our clients regarding withdrawal processes, and we provide all kinds of legal services, including representation of clients before administrative authorities.
