We also pursue strategic opposition and litigation proceedings before TÜRKPATENT and the Courts in order to prevent unfair and illegal registration and use by third parties, within the scope of combating piracy and counterfeiting, and we make all necessary applications before the customs directorates, conducting research and initiating the necessary legal proceedings when necessary.

In addition to the above, we draft all types of agreements concerning intellectual and industrial property rights including license and assignment agreements and conduct all relevant due diligence reviews. For the purposes of merchandising as well as ensuring efficient continuity and protection of rights related to products, we provide our clients with high-standard services and tailor-made solutions based on our broad knowledge in commercialization of intellectual property.

Further to providing agreement and consultancy services in the field of copyright law, our team has unique experience in taking precautions against copyright infringement, providing protection on copyrights before a conflict arises, and providing prevention and prohibition in cases of copyright infringement.
