Şebnem Işık is a senior partner with our firm where she provides transactional and dispute resolution consultancy to local and international clients in Corporate and Commercial Law and Information Technologies Law. She represents clients in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, network operations, television and radio broadcasting, social media, e-commerce, and internet service sectors. She also provides legal consultancy services to our local and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence projects, project financing, privatization, public offerings, foundation and liquidation of companies, and drafting of various commercial and service agreements.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Işık was a partner with a leading international law firm where she specialized in telecommunications, and she was the head of the legal department of a major Turkish telecommunications company. She is also an officer of the International Sales Committee of the International Bar Association.
