Irmak Karabulut Gattenio is a Partner with our firm, advising local and international clients on corporate and commercial law, with a focus on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, media and entertainment law.
Her practice includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and advising on complex commercial relationships and pre-litigation matters. She also supports multinational clients, including technology and media platforms, on regulatory compliance and market entry issues.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Gattenio worked at an international law firm on high-profile M&A transactions and served as external corporate counsel to a multinational leading FMCG company. She also worked at the European Court of Human Rights, gaining experience in international legal frameworks and institutional processes.
