She began her career in an international law firm specializing in commercial law, intellectual property law and health law. Prior to joining our team, she worked for 13 years as the Director of the Department of Legislation and Legal Affairs at the Turkish Pharmaceutical Industry Employers' Association (“IEIS”). She worked on many projects involving health law legislation, such as the "Research on the Pharmaceutical Industry" project carried out by the Turkish Competition Authority, negotiating the position of the Union on the Industrial Property Draft Law before the Assembly, and she conducted many cases before the administrative courts and the Council of State.
She advises our clients on a wide range of administrative matters, including Pharmaceutical and Health Law, Contract Law, Competition Law, Administrative Law, and Patent Law, as well as Anti-Corruption, Compliance, and litigation.
