In the Official Gazette dated June 10, 2022 and numbered 31862, the “Regulation Amending the Regulation on Manufacturing Plants of Medicinal Products for Human Use” is published and entered into force.
Within the framework of the amendment; it is stated that the inspections made by other authorities with comparable standards would be deemed safe for the inspections to be conducted by Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency for imported products and a guideline will regulate the details.
