In the Official Gazette dated 8 July 2022 and numbered 31890, the “Decision on the Amendment of the Pricing Decision of Medicinal Products for Human Use” is published and entered into force.
Within the amendment;
- Pharmacist profit rates are increased,
- Euro value used for pricing the products is increased by 25%, effective as of 9 July 2022,
- The scales in the decision are updated in line with the increase in the Euro value,
- After the exchange rate increase is applied, the following shall be applicable: %20 increase will be applied to the products having sales price to the warehouse up to 14.18 TRY (not including 14.18 TRY), %10 increase will be applied to the products having sales price to the warehouse amounting to 14.18 TRY – 27.13 TRY (including 14.18 TRY, 27.13 TRY not included), such increases will be applied to price protected products up to a maximum of 27.13 TRY (including 27.13 TRY) and to a maximum of 14.18 TRY (not including 14.18 TRY) for other products.
