Sinovac and Alagöz Holding signed a joint venture agreement and incorporated Sinovac’s Turkish affiliate KeyVac Biyolojik Ürünler Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş.
with TRY 480 million initial capital. Our Senior Partner SEBNEM ISIK and Partner Bilge Derinbay led the transaction with Senior Associate Hande Ülker Pehlivan and Associate Mahmut Ramazan Ertaş by acting as legal counsel to Sinovac.
