Communiqué on Amending the Social Security Institution Health Implementation Communiqué” and “Health Services Pricing Commission Decision
In the Official Gazette dated 1 June 2022 and numbered 31853; “Communiqué on Amending the Social Security Institution Health Implementation Communiqué” and “Health Services Pricing Commission Decision” have been published.
In the communiqué; various arrangements have been made, especially the criteria for starting, ending and continuation of enzyme treatment, hepatitis C treatment, and the annexes of SUT have been updated.
Within the scope of HSPC's decision numbered 2022/4, it has been decided to remove some drugs from the Annex-4/A list or inclusion of some drugs to such list and to update some prices in the Annex-4/C list, along with various regulations.
