“Communiqué on Amending the Social Security Institution Health Implementation Communiqué” and “Health Services Pricing Commission Decisions” (2022/1 ve 2022/2)” were published in the Official Gazette dated 08.02.2022 and numbered 31744.
With the decision of the Health Services Pricing Commission numbered 2022/2, the statement of “or changes that may arise in reference status" in Article 4.4.1 titled “Discount rates to be applied on drugs and equivalent drug application” of the HIC has been removed from the article. The previous version of the article was as follows before such change: “However, while being placed in the Annex 4/A list of HIC and being published in the Ministry of Health Turkey Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency Detailed Pharmaceutical Price List, the update requests regarding discount rates that may cause an increase in the public price due to the reasons such as changes that may occur in reference product, equivalent product, price protected product status or changes that may arise in reference status, are evaluated by the Institution through the relevant commission”.
