In the Official Gazette dated April 19, 2022 and numbered 31814, the “Decision on the Amendment of the Pricing Decision of Medicinal Products for Human Use” was published and entered into force.
With the said change; it has been regulated that the real source prices of the drugs in the foreign drug list after they are licensed will be determined according to the pricing legislation in force,
but the sale prices of these products to the warehouse cannot exceed the current exchange rate of the price in the "Foreign Drug Price List" annexed to the Health Implementation Communiqué.
